Do you want to join the Muster and Centennial Scout Camporee then please register.  A few notes:

PACK REGISTRATION

  • Registration is by Pack, not individual or Den.  It is important that the Pack number, Town and email address be accurate as all future communications will be with the Event Registrar.
  • The number of Minutecub includes siblings that want to be part of the day long event cycle.  All Minutecubs recieve a T-shirt and an Event Patch.
  • All adult leaders receive a T-shirt and an Event Patch.
  • Camp follower families are parents and siblings that attend the event in support of the Minutecubs.  Camp followers do not recieve a T-shirt or an Event Patch.
  • The tricorn hats offered are indentical to those sold at Williamsburg.  There are links on the equipment page to look for cheaper sources of tricorn hats.
  • Additional T-shirts can be pre-ordered by indicating the number required.
  • Based on the experience of last year, there is no need to offer Childrens XL T-shirts, so the smallest size is Adult Small.
  • Please provide the sizes of T-shirts required.  The total number should equal the number of Minutecubs, Adult Leaders and extra T-shirts.
  • If a larger T-shirt is required, please place the size and quantity in the comment field.
  • Please provide a best guess as to the number of families (tents) spending Saturday night.  This is needed to lay out the camping area....
  • All future changes will be handled with the Registrar.

TROOP REGISTRATION

  • Registration is by Troop, not individual.  Please provide accurate contact infformation.
  • Each registered Scout and Adult Leader will recieve a T-shirt and an Event Patch.
  • Camp follower families are parents and siblings that want to attend the event.  They do not recieve T-shirts and patches as part of the registration fee.
  • The tricorn hats offered are indentical to those sold at Williamsburg.  There are links on the equipment page to look for cheaper sources of tricorn hats.
